LAYAWAY POLICY

Thank you for your purchase via layaway. 
Please note the following policy regarding your layaway item.
· Eligible Items: Everything in the store except for equine & leather products as well as equine supplements are available for layaway.
· Down Payment: 20% of your purchase price or $20, whichever is greater is required
· Payments:  Payments are due every two weeks, and the final payment must be made within 12 weeks (3 months). 
· Cancellation Fee:

1. 0-14 days — no charge for cancellation
2. 15-31 days—Any down-payment and payments made will be refunded, less $20 or 20%, whichever is greater.
3. 32 days to 120 days - you forfeit your total payment made to date if no contact is made.
