SHIPPING
We are offering a flat shipping rate based on your order total.  We will make every effort to keep shipping fees low.  However, if your order is very large or heavy, we may have to charge more for the shipping.  The same applies if your order is very small  in size (fits in an envelope) - we will reduce your shipping cost accordingly.  Shipping is via Canada Post and/or a reputable Courier.
If shipping to USA - import duties are now in place and are the responsibility of the buyer to pay. 
PLEASE NOTE: Signature is required on all shipments. Please reach out if there are any issues with this policy.

In the event of an online return, shipping charges are non-refundable. Return shipping must be done through Canada Post and is the responsibility of the returnee.

IN-STORE PICK UP
Want to order and purchase an item from our website?  Please call us (613) 347-7459 with the details, we'll create an invoice which will be sent to you via email and you can pay using Square, etransfer or VISA/Master Card via telephone.  We will gladly keep the item for you for in-store pick up.  It's that easy!
