STORE POLICIES

We accept debit, VISA, Mastercard, Paypal, etransfer and cash. 

We do layaways & gift certificates.  
We take special orders with a deposit and pride ourselves on prompt service.

Should you request that we put aside an item from our shelves, we will do so without payment for 14 days and call you to confirm. at which time, if you do not pick up - the item goes back in inventory. 

We accept trade ins and consignments on saddles and offer a 7 day trial period. 

Our return policy is as follows:  

• Full refund: 30 days only with sales slip
• Store credit:  if no sales slip is provided.  Note: the store credit is only good for one (1) year from the date given - we will make every effort to contact you as a reminder.  
• Sorry, but we cannot take ANY returns on helmets, products and supplements.
• PLEASE NOTE:  Due to a change in the return policy of our online card processer, all returns from an online sale (pick up or shipped) will be charged a 5% restocking fee.   This does NOT apply to any sales done in store, only online. ​
